Driven by a pursuit to match our students with the best IB educators, our selection criteria is purposely strict. Tutors can only mentor in subject areas in which they secured a level 7 in the IB Diploma. Possessing prior tutoring experience is also something which gives significant boosts to applications, although this is by no means required. What is of paramount importance, instead, is the desire to positively impact the IB journey of students – ambition and desire to succeed are job requirements. We firmly believe that there is no one better from whom students can learn from than someone who has gone through the IB Diploma themselves, succeeded in it, and now is looking to convey their IB passion to current students.
